people knowingly make themselves look worse in what is almost a permanent way. And I know it's because it doesn't look worse to them, but breast implants are largely a "safe" surgery. Facial plastic surgery or a neck tat are definitely super dangerous. The chances it will look awful are very high and it's very difficult to reverse. Like others have said, some are just fine with braces and veneers but implants are not. So from a "moral" standpoint I don't care either way.
