Romney was great vs Liberty. ZW has thrown at least 3 more
ill-advised picks than that one. The difference is that Romney throws TD passes to make up for it. Just look at his PER, which includes the pick, and you will see that Romney had a very good outing and instead of a pick 6, it was downed on the endzone and brought out to the 20.
Keep in mind, Soup fumbled at about the 2. That was not on Rombey but cost us a sure TD. Rombey started 3 consecutive drives at 1st and 20 due to holding penalties, 3rd and 1 turned into 3rd and 19 due to 2 consecutive penalties. And, Romney still led the team to the win.
