I fear if they have to fire KS it will ruin the program for years.
The Alumni and Poly community might see it as a betrayal. Maybe Hiring someone like Anae would fix that but KS is a disaster and the fall out from him leaving could be a land mine of distruction for the program.
Tom needs to sit down with some people and figure out what BYU's strengths and weakenesses are because he didnt do that when he hired KS. If KS removal goes bad they might as well fire TH. KS removal could go south quick.
