Name on recruiting sites, the college generic baseball camps in and of themselves are kind of ineffective just because of the sheer number of kids, especially at that age. When my son went tonBYU’s camp I think they had all high school kids together and younger kids naturally didn’t stand out as much compared to older ones.

Two kids on our HS team here in Mesa (Mountain View) graduating this yr had ‘offers’ from BYU as sophomores I believe. They made their rounds on the nation ‘circuit’ of showcase tourneys.
