If you had a missing spouse would you remove the Sim card from her phone
before giving it to the police? Even if you removed yours because you didn't want them to find out something about your personal life? Would you remove it from your wife's phone when analysis of where she had been over the last few weeks may help the investigation?

Honestly, those that wouldn't convict Josh Powell, are setting the bar too high. The sum of the evidence points to a very clear perpetrator of who caused her disappearance.
