The EPL doesn't produce the top team but it produces a bunch of good teams.

Die Bundesliga only produces about two to three good teams.

Dutch league is terrible. Not even a top 10 league in Europe. 2nd tier is only France, Portugal, Russia.

Yes. Celtic is probably better than any MLS team, but everyone else is way below MLS.
