This is the same team that averaged 8-5 over the last five years
Why are we so untalented now?
We went 9-4 last year. What happened to the talent level? They all did not graduate.
Coaches are responsible for the players executing, too. What if the players don't execute? What if the coaches don't teach the players to execute, or be disciplined, or even try.
The fact is that you don't go from being a talented, winning football team and all the sudden suck without coaching (or the lack thereof) being the top factor.
I would love to ask Kalani pointblank, "If you are so opposed to passing the ball 40+ times with a true freshman QB, why didn't you say something -- anything -- during the game?! Are you not the head coach? Doesn't the buck stop with you? Whether you chose him or not, aren't you responsible?"
