Utah plays teams that pass better than BYU nowadays

Does it surprise you that Utah gets more PIs against PAC QBs??? It shouldn't. Many of the QBs are much better than recent BYU QBs and the receivers are at a completely different level above BYU on almost all of the PAC teams. Better olines, better coaching, etc.
