There's got to be a lawsuit coming for this! Taking a legit paying customer who

is seated on the plane and dragging him off the plane? Wow. What fools! So now you have a lawsuit, negative publicity, and most likely lost customers. What does all that cost you? Just so you could get your pilots on the plane. Wouldn't it have been cheaper to charter a private plane for your pilots to get down to KY?
