There are almost 7 million LDS members in the US and Canada now. Almost 16 million worldwide. For comparison, that would make the LDS Church top-15 in size of population if its U.S. members were a U.S. state. Comparable to the size of Washington, Arizona, Massachusetts, and Tennessee.
