When someone mentions they have a degree from the University of Texas, no one says 'Well that's a watered down degree because of the enrollment of 50,000 versus BYU's who only has 30,000.'

My father's degree in the 70's is not worth more than mine in the early 2000's because the enrollment was smaller when he attended. And yours will not be 'watered-down' because of an increase in enrollment by 10K, 20K or 30K.
