Yeah, Few is making some nice scratch at Gonzaga... now. He started out as a cheap in-house promotion. Bennett started out as a cheap first-time head coach, now he's making a lot better money.
Having to worry about paying a coach enough money to keep him would be a nice problem to have. It hasn't happened yet, though.
In any case, hiring away an accomplished coach from a big school for truckloads of cash probably isn't going to happen at BYU, but that's not the only way to get a high quality coach. Once BYU actually gets one, then it can start worrying about how to keep him. Hopefully Kalani will be the first.
