He has to buy it from someone. Apple will not give the seller that big of a discount. And that's by design...Apple wants to sell all of their own products and they keep their markups really high. The last thing they want is for people to start undercutting them on their own products. And that's why I would be skeptical of anyone selling "cheap" Apple products. It doesn't exist. Only way they could pull that off is if they were able to buy the products for super cheap to begin with. Only way to do that is to buy broken products, then repair them. Or you buy counterfeit products.
