and what I mean by that is... everything is handled by their ecclesiastical leader, not some cubical office worker, not a coach, although the coach I think is in a better position to handle a situation due to having more familiarity with the individual than someone that doesn't know the person at all.
But it's best that a bishop or a pastor of some kind or another should be handling these situations and thus they are kept far more private, as they should be. And eliminates the tattle tailing nature that fuels this stone throwing problem more than anything.
