...I don't see them (BYU coaches) trying to use bullying tactics to force their associates to think the same. And Sitake is not that way anyways. He hired some guys for specific reasons (for example Ed Lamb has HC experience that can help Sitake as a first time HC). I don't see any reason to believe there would be a GroupThink going on with BYU coaches and in fact I expect to see Sitake operate like a Bishop does with his counsellors.
As for how many losses will be tolerated, as long as he's honest and open, no more trying to be all mysterious and aloof, just be truly humble and openly engaging with fans and former players, he'll get as much time as he needs to make an impact.
