I'm just finishing my basement and am putting in a room about the same size as yours for games and office decorated with military and sports paraphernalia , Another attached workroom about 1/2 the size with work benches, paint booth and cabinets. The TV room is right outside the door where I can see the TV from my desk.

My wifes craft room is in the next room and I am trying to figure out some sort of opening I can make so we can open it up between our rooms when we are both down there. It's a lot easier to get what I want if it's a "shared" experience

So other than the spare bedroom which is becoming an exercise room the entire basement is kind of my man cave
