I can't think of many people (any?) I respect more. I can vouch that he's committed to BYU's success wholeheartedly. I spoken with him twice recently (at UCF and MTSU games) and I'm glad for BYU that he's in the position he's in (that's Worthen's old spot FYI). He's a very dynamic and inspiring speaker and a great man. He does use humor a lot and is "jolly" in general ... and in the current environment, that might be an easy thing to get worked up over. I'm not worried about BYU athletics with him overseeing things.
