Players don't execute perfectly all the time. Most offensive plays, if executed correctly, would go for touchdowns. EVERY PLAY! They are designed that way. Everyone has an assignment and when you draw up a play you account of most everyone. And for those unaccounted for, the ball carrier should make them miss. Simple. Block everyone and your guy should score. Of course it doesn't happen that way, and every coach in America deals with it.
