To your point, he's made changes. In fact, with all those changes, doesn't it take time to get used to them (players and coaches)? If you're learning something new or getting use to something new, what do you do? You do it over and over. Doesn't repetition lead to better execution?
Bronco himself ALWAYS says (after losses) "we didn't execute". Okay, so, why not? There are many reasons. But, if he was confident in his plan and execution really was the issue, maybe there needs to be more and more repetition. ergo, longer practices.
IMO, the Warrior Bronco that was the D Coordinator and the Warrior HC in his first year, is the Bronco that would have had more success than the current version.
