I was about to buy an S4 but should I wait for the Note 3 instead?

The main concern I have is I keep the phone in my front pocket. I'm not a tight pants wearing hipster, but I like to be able to sit down comfortably with my phone in my pocket. Where do you guys keep your Note 2 when not using it?
