Big 12 teams wind up, but it's also not clear they jump to add BYU. They could view BYU's rejection of the Big 12 as a big reason they aren't in a BCS conference anymore.

This is complex stuff with no clear answer. Give the admin some credit here. They have better info, a clear sense of where they want to go, and- so far- their work and vision with independence is already far better than I would have EVER supposed possible.
