Flagg. His stats as a sophomore are comparable or better than most of the second group. 9 PPG is on the lower end but not that far off. His assist to turnover looks better than all but 2 of them by doing a quick eye check. RPG is also on the high end.

Hall (starter season) = 9 ppg, 3.5 rpg, 5.1 apg, 1.0 spg, 0.0 bpg, 1.7 TO, shooting 42/36/63. Foul shooting is bad but everything else looks pretty good to put him as a top 15 PG.

Noone is arguing he is a top 5 PG. But we don't have any other players besides maybe Saunders that is top 5 at their position. Not sure why Hall is held to that Standard but no one else on the team is.
