IMO, PE firms don't make hard decisions at all. They optimize profits at the expense of everything else and exit soon
after. They're corporate raiders who do very little good and most often a lot of bad for the health of companies. I don't respect PE people.

I went through a TB acquisition last year. Rough when they laid off a bunch of people but has been fine ever since.
