I used Airalo when I was there, France, and Switzerland last spring.
I thought it worked great and was pretty cheap. Pretty easy to get set up on your phone and you can add more data if you need it. It works for all of Europe if I remember correctly.

just add the travel plan to your service, I have ATT and anytime I am out of the country I pay $10 a day for unlimited
