all of that adds weight which is a big issue when towing. Adding a battery, adding a motor (looks like two motors is what they did) for motoring and regenerative braking; all of that adds weight, and in the case of the battery, a lot of weight.
And while it's creative to add a battery to the trailer to extend the towing range, most RVers are still going to have to stop somewhere to charge, likely more than once, so what's that going to do? Hope there's two open charging station with one of them big enough to back an RV trailer into?
I also don't like the single axel on a 7,000 pound trailer (which is what it is once loaded with gear). Dual axel for that weight rides so much better.
I do like the self leveling feature. Don't know why most RV's don't already come with that.
