days before my son wanted steak for his birthday on the 30th.... a few more days of steak. Then ribs from January 5th to 7th.
I think i had red meat for like 13 of 14 days. And you're just going to have to trust me that this is very unusual. I eat red meat no more than 3 days a month, usually less.
I know nothing about cholesterol but I just can't imagine my recent diet hasn't triggered a spike.
Am I wrong about that?
I blame my kids for not eating leftovers. I don't even necessarily enjoy this diet. I just hate food to go to waste. But I did just throw out the last of the ribs, so I'm back to my regular diet.
