I left the long term job because it wasn’t at all rewarding and it was Groundhog Day every 6 months. My boss was totally hands off and we worked well together. Our owner and I started to butt heads too much toward the end.

Got a chance at a job in Texas. Was excited and started it but it was just off. Personal stuff with my mom made it hard to move but job was unrealistic with no balance. Sunday meetings. Kept losing people I managed because big boss was so unrealistic and lacked any reasonableness

Jumped at another opportunity and it was ok but had a micromanager. It was irritating and I couldn’t stand the formality and never ending one on ones and meetings. Plus the commute was awful.

Just started new job that popped up. First 3 days have been stressful and I feel like an idiot but I think it will be rewarding and challenging with a good balance of decision making vs being managed.
