On the OU one, he made the right pre-snap read. OU defense was way out of place
He saw that and threw quickly over to Epps. Unfortunately in the time it took to snap the ball and throw it over there, one of the OU defenders recognized Kody was wide open and broke on the ball and picked it off. No pressure - OU wasn't even set defensively.
On the Kansas one, it was a very quick fade pass. No way was there any pressure on Retzlaff - he threw the ball immediately after the snap. He just threw it way too short and Kansas picked it off.

What evidence is there that he's any different from other qbs in the red zone? CBers seem to have created this narrative
