least a little, over the offseason. Among other things, his low throwing mechanics cause more tipped balls at the line than someone of JR's height should experience. It impacts his completion percentage and causes interceptions. If he can improve this some, it will help a whole lot of things. He has NFL arm strength, and he can run pretty well. If he can improve this, he could possibly be a late-round NFL pick. If he doesn't, he would be a UDFA at best.
As for decision-making, I think another offseason and camp with ARod and Co. will help this. Just a little improvement in decision-making will have a significant impact in his production.
