He has been pretty inaccurate all year throwing down field. He hit a couple guys
at times, including a huge one against Ok State. But outside of just 2 or 3 throws, his downfield passing was really poor this year.

Of the areas Jake needs to improve on to take the next step and help BYU have a special season in 2025:

1. Redzone decision making

2. Down field accuracy

Even if he didn't significantly improve in his deep ball accuracy, reducing the amount of bad decisions/throws in the redzone would help tremendously. Easy in hindsight to point to one play, but score a TD instead of throw the worst fade pass of all time against Kansas, we are in the CCG and probably make the playoffs even if we lost.
