Etienne played horribly in 2023. He played well in 2024. We weren't wrong about
how badly he played in 2023. He got much better this year. And yeah, I think coaching changes had a lot to do with that - better coaching unlocked the potential he had.
Forgive me that I don't see reasons to believe the same thing is going to happen to Retzlaff. I'd love to be wrong, especially because he's almost certainly going to be the starting QB next fall.
