Do some PT on your tennis elbow in conjunction with your tricep work.


Get some of these and do 3 sets or so per day/every other day and your elbow pain should go away.

The Tyler Twist from this video is specifically what I did to help. If you do these, then you should be able to do tricep work more effectively.
