Litterally tried that this year, the best I could muster was a 5:34 1500m and
a 6:07 mile, the 1500 was at a humid 100F and the 1600m was super windy, never got a chance in good conditions, always something else going on, Havent decided if I am going to try again this spring / summer at 49. Thats however is after just starting running for about 8 months after a 30 year break.
