Not a doctor.
Many times pain means something needs to be fixed.
We can't diagnose anything here on CB, I'd go to an ER soon. Don't waste time at an urgent care.

I would go to ER, but some are against that because of the copay. But urgent cares are pretty useless for serious stuff
