#1 issue is the voters use all of this to do pre-season ranking which gives the
Top-10 teams an advantage to start the season and all through the season. When one of them loses, they only get dropped 2, 3, 4 spots but a team considered inferior because the rating of their recruited players will drop 6, 7, 8 spots. That is the game they play.
An Alabama will not drop out of the top 10 with a couple of loses while BYU will tumble to the twenties.
