If you are hourly you need to make sure you are getting paid the correct rate and it is coded correctly. And sometimes my guys take a shift they weren't scheduled for and if they didn't punch in or out (forgot badge), chances are good you won't get paid for the shift.

I always tell my guys to check their paystubs and it bothers me when I find a situation where they didn't inform me of an issue. This leads me to think I may miss something from time to time. I tell them I care about getting things right, but I shouldn't care about your check more than you do. Always check.
