She'd fallen behind Little and then Mortensen emerged and there just
wasn't a place for her in the rotation, especially with Suli Davis coming in next year. Stowell was in the same spot, but was a senior. E Bower went from hitting .246 as a freshman, to .186 as a sophomore, to just .032 last year in limited action.
Maybe taking time away from the game last fall will help her knee rest up for a rebound her senior season.
