Whats the fine/charge for throwing rocks off bridges at cars at age 18? I think
It usually depends on what happens to the car it hits. If the driver is killed it's homicide. I think since this water bottle hit someone, caused fairly serious damage that a year or two in jail is warranted. Sucks for the kid but you can't be doing that.

Much of it was hatred for the refs not for BYU. The stadium was upset with the refs and protesting the ref's calls. More
