I think this year has been the year with the most parity in college football

in my memory. NIL and transfer portal have leveled the field. The Alabama's and Georgia's of the world can't just hoard all the talent. Not only can you leave your school, but you can get paid, and play immediately. This is bad news for the blue bloods, great news for the rest of us.

This is a lot like how scholarship limitations brought Nebraska back down to earth years ago.
