Anything you want to cook quickly, with a nice crisp
I cook chicken, chicken nuggets, pan fried vegetables, orange chicken, fries, onion rings, and a lot of things you would typically cook in the oven.
I use mine basically every day. Doesn't heat up the house, cooks faster and often better than an oven. It is very convenient.
