I would personally go to an EA as they specialize in Tax. They have taken and passed a 3 part test from the IRS on taxes specifically personal, business, and ethics. It is not an easy test to pass and if they have done that they are good at what they do.

And they are usually much less expensive than an CPA and even going to the Block office.
