There are a LOT of problems with health insurance. But advocating to go without
insurance, by choice, is incredibly arrogant and reckless (unless one is insanely wealthy).

I was a little shocked that he had white rice on his plate instead of brown rice on his recent dinner pic.

White is fine as filler but it's still more processed. Brown rice is considered whole grain with more nutritional value.
