& there's no saying that NCSt team can't put it together late once again. Their Stanford-transfer PG (who kept them from getting blown out this year by us) — he was their key player last year, too. Yeah, they're missing Burns, but we had BETTER personnel to guard Burns this year than we did last.
Last year we kinda surprised them by catching them in the end in a back-n-forth slug-fest. Khalifa making his debut was a tough puzzle for them to figure out.
But this year we pretty much controlled the game throughout & won pretty easily. I don't think last year's team was balanced or deep enough to do that.
