Might still consult a lawyer. Usually free and there is sometimes negligence of which we are unaware. Not saying to sue
just to do the due diligence and look at it bc it could be what gets your daughter through college and on with potential disability. Although I imagine her doctors say she will make a full recovery.
You can pray about it and do what you feel is right.

Hate to bring this in, but is there a lawsuit to get school’s insurance to help with the years of care she MAY need?
