I think there are plenty of people who would feel this way based on

the fact that the ACC has teams like Clemson, Miami, Florida State, who in the past have been very good. But this year is not the same as prior years, and my guess is that the actual data says otherwise as well.

For him to say the ACC being better than the BigXII is "unquestioned" is disingenuous.
