helpful. I couldn’t sleep for like 3-4 months because it hurt so bad to lay down. I had to stop high impact activities for a few months just to let that sciatic nerve calm down, did lots of stretching for hips and glutes and swam laps most days of the week.
Occasionally it would flare up with long stints in my crappy office chair, bought a Herman Miller Aeron and haven’t felt any pain since.
