WOW doesn't sound like most ranchers I know. Most like it almost still kicking.
Heat on both sides for about 2-3 minutes and it is done.
Having meat well done is like eating burnt bacon, what is the point at this time? Waste of a lot of money depending on what you paid, or in this case a lot of work to get that meat.
