Especially, with what you have to put up with from every direction. I get very skeptical of any accusations towards coaches because I've seen just about everything. IMO, the day you are hired is the day your fired if you don't have a strong administration behind you because no matter what you do someone isn't going to be happy. All it takes is the right parent or situation and a weak admin and your toast. It also doesn't matter how good of a coach you are.
