How many of the B10 schools do you count as actually having serious football programs? I'd say 6 or 7 out of 18 teams.
Michigan
Ohio State
Oregon
USC
Washington
Wisconsin
Maybe's on these ones Penn State? UCLA? Michigan State?
Seems like the schools in the B10 with solid football programs can come up with a relatively easy 9 game schedule when you have over half the conference that aren't competitive football schools.
When you look at the SEC almost all of the schools minus Vanderbilt are or have been pretty solid football programs.
