Not pass interference because it wasn't called. Could it have been called? yes
but very rare in that situation for a ref to throw that flag unless he is just tackled - here he still caught the ball even though he was being interfered with.

They also grabbed his face mask to bring him down. My buddy recorded it form the corner and he clearly grabbed his mask
